The Concept:

Two banana bread rounds in one container. Baked for the market. Pick up at the booth.

The Story:

Same batter as the whole pan. Ripe bananas, both sugars, butter, cinnamon. Instead of leaving it in the 8x8, these were baked as rounds so someone can take banana bread home without taking the whole loaf.

Two in a box. Enough to split in the car or save one for morning. The rest of that batter became the pans and the minis. These are the ones that travel light.

You order here. You choose Pick Up. You come to the orange tent and take the box.
